It’s just plastic straws, said 7 billions of people! it’s estimated that 8.3 billions of plastic straws pollute the world’s beaches and at least 1,5 millions of sea birds and marine animals are killed from ingesting plastic in our ocean. Not to mention, those micro plastics that continuously enter our food chain.

Although wave of change is coming and we have seen countries from Rwanda to UK and islands from Caribbean to Bali already banned single-use plastics and EU plastic ban in 2021 to join this trend. We all need to continue to work to maintain this momentum until our mission is accomplished which to end global plastic pollution one straw at a time.
